YEESH!

I knew that fertility in women fell off with age, but I never dreamed it was this bad.

      Fertility peaks at age 27.

The chance of a miscarriage goes up sharply after age 30.

The chance of an ectopic pregnancy is higher over age 30.

And there's a much greater chance of chromosomal abnormality, which translates into birth defects.

As a result, a 20% of women 40-44 are childless, and a lot of them aren't happy about it.

      All from Time Magazine.

      Hat Tip: Chaos Manor.

THE HOUSE OF SAUD MUST BE DESTROYED -- AND WILL BE!

  • We lived those curves. We were suckered by the "women can have it all" movement. One successful pregnancy, many early miscarriages and one from Kaiser bullying my wife to have amneocentesis (sp?). Of course the miscarriage 2 days later was unrelated.
